Ring binders
Putting your document into a ring binder is the least glamorous but often most practical solution available, particularly for large documents. Unless, of course, you have a custom binder made.
At its simplest and cheapest, we print your documents (typically A4 size) and then hole drill them with 2, 3, or 4 holes depending on your choice of the ring binder. We’ll then print a cover sheet and spine sheet to slip into the standard binder. There are many colours available for the standard binders but the most popular are white because of their versatility.
Standard ring binders are 20mm, 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm and 70mm lever arch.
Using a ring binder allows pages to be added or removed easily, and new pages can be printed and punched with a standard office hole punch.
Ring binder can be customised in many ways.
Encapsulated binders are where we insert a printed cover sheet and spine under the clear plastic cover and weld the edges so the sheets cannot be removed; ensuring your branding is permanent.
Case-bound binders can be manufactured to your specifications with a fully printed cover inside and out. This is a great way of promoting your brand and ensuring your binder is clearly visible and easily findable on a crowded shelf.
